Lock in your date with a $200 fully refundable deposit. Simply pick the date and time you would like us to start serving your guests, the number of guests you are inviting, and the type of event. We will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule your one-on-one consultation with, Margaret, our events coordinator.

Meet with Chef
You will meet with Chef Jared and the Rocky Mountain Charcuterie team to delve deeper into your vision. This is where the magic happens! We'll discuss: your event details, dietary needs and preferences, flavor profiles, presentation style, budget considerations, and more. After the consultation, the chef will craft a custom menu proposal tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Once approved by you, we'll take care of everything else!

Celebrate & Enjoy
On the big day, we'll expertly prepare and present your charcuterie masterpiece from the amazing Rocky Mountain Charcuterie mobile food trailer, ensuring it arrives fresh and ready to be enjoyed. We handle everything, leaving you free to focus on enjoying your guests and event.
